Before we get started....
The Truth
Since this is a newer service, all appointments must be made via phone call or email only. Online scheduling will be available in the near future. My email is thervtdude@gmail.com and you will receive my phone number once we get established through email.

As a Fear Free certified, traveling Registered Veterinary Technician, I work in a variety of settings, which can sometimes present unique challenges. To ensure that my services are as streamlined, efficient, and stress-free as possible, I kindly ask that all necessary medications or materials for your pet be prepared and available prior to the appointment.

At this time, I am unable to provide items such as bandage materials, subcutaneous fluids, ear cleaners, or glucose monitors. If your pet requires sedative medication, please administer it according to your regular veterinarian’s instructions before the scheduled visit. Should medications not be administered as directed, we will need to reschedule the appointment for a later date.
Some expectations from you, the owner.
As a Registered Veterinary Technician, I am committed to providing professional and respectful care at all times. I kindly ask that you, as the client, extend the same level of professional courtesy to me. Should I encounter any situation where this respect is not reciprocated, I reserve the right to discontinue services until the matter can be appropriately addressed.

As a solo technician, I greatly appreciate your patience while I work with your pet. As a Fear Free certified professional, I strongly advocate for the use of sedative medications for pets that are nervous, fearful, or aggressive to ensure everyone’s safety. If your pet requires a muzzle, I kindly ask that you place it on them as soon as I arrive.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!
Some expectations from your pet.
To help make the visit as smooth and comfortable as possible, it’s important that your pet is calm and prepared for our time together. If your pet tends to be anxious or fearful, it’s helpful to ensure they’ve had time to settle in a quiet space before I arrive. For those pets that are more energetic or excitable, a walk or some light playtime prior to the appointment can help release excess energy, allowing them to be more relaxed during our visit.

If your pet requires a muzzle, I kindly ask that it’s put on upon my arrival to create a safe and calm environment. For pets that benefit from sedative medication, please administer it as prescribed by your veterinarian to ensure they’re in the best mindset for their care. Keeping their space comfortable and familiar during the appointment also helps minimize stress. Thank you for helping me make this experience as positive and stress-free as possible for your pet.
